After years of being on a healthy lifestyle we have created many recipes that are healthy, sugar free mainly, using healthier alternatives, such as dates, honey, coconut nectar or sugar and rapadura sugar.  Most are gluten-free and wheat free too.

Some recipes are healthier versions or  alternatives to what one is used too, and yet so yummy, tasty and highly nourishing.

We also believe in traditional cooking which tends to be more nourishing for the body, which too have been recreated or added.
